In Batch Tinting

Our IN-BATCH solution is ideal for situations where a wide range of colours needs to be produced, and the usual order size per coloured batch falls between 400 to 2,000 litres.

In this process, the operator first places an empty container under the Bases dispensing head. While the Bases are being dispensed the operator places a container under the colourants dispensing head.

After the bases and colorants are dispensed, the operator then pours the colorants into the Bases container, resulting in the finished product ready to be mixed efficiently.
